So i thought it's a good idea to actually set a goal at the beginning of a year, and see what i've achieved in the end. Inspired from a lecturer's blog!

1) Open a booth in Comic Fiesta'11 with 10 posters.
2) Win a 1st place in Gnomon Workshop Monthly Challenge.
3) Winning myself a new tablet.
4) More original paintings!
5) Getting my works into Imaginefx magazine.
6) Get myself featured in TOA Achievement Board.

An entry for Gnomon workshop monthly challenge, the theme for this month is "The Collector". The concept was trying to depict a life of a poor boy, who collects junks to live his life. People nowadays are not contented with what they have, and would never be contented with what they would like to have.

Special thanks to Lecturer Julian, Lecturer Ewen and also a good friend, Yee Chong for the critiques to make this a better piece.

Everyone starts from zero, nobody can draw good when they first start, unless they're born genius.
Practice makes perfect, I'm drawing almost everyday since 13, there's time when i felt like giving up, but nothing can stop my passion in arts, comments and critiques from friends and pals gave me spirit to keep rocking. My mum helped me alot, she gave a big support, and always comments on my works when they doesnt look right. Thanks to my mum! and all those that support me thus far.

A collaboration with , we both work on it till the lineart stage, then coloured it in two different styles. He is doing cell shading [link] (check his out, his one is impressive as well ), while mine is painting. First time making a multi-character collage art, learnt alot, and alot more to learn! And so after days of climbing, Hao Hao finally reach the end of the ladder. Well i guess his dumbness leads him to a new world! later, he realized he can float around in the cloud...and after hours of floating, he saw a colourful shines far ahead. And...what is that place?

So this is Hao Hao! Redrew him from an old painting, decided to use him as a lead character in my cloud painting series from now on, thanks to Yee Chong for the suggestion!

One day, Hao Hao met something cool...and late that evening, he found a ladder to the sky. For a second, he thought he was chosen. But after days of continuous climbing, he realized that he's a dumbass
